Refund policy

All FerretTubeTV products are made to order especially for you. Because our items are produced on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

We will, however, replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If there’s a problem with your order

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@katerussell.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (showing the item and print problem)

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital downloads and gift cards

  • Items damaged by misuse, normal wear, or incorrect washing instructions

  • Orders returned without prior approval

Shipping issues

If an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, let us know and we’ll work with the print partner to resolve it quickly.
