Thank you for supporting FerretTubeTV! Every order you place helps us look after our rescue ferrets and continue creating content for the floof-loving community.

🛠 Order Processing Time

All products are made to order using Printify and their trusted production partners. This helps reduce waste and keeps things sustainable.

Processing time: 5–7 business days
Production times are controlled by Printify and may vary slightly during busy periods (e.g. Christmas)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched

🚚 Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

Europe	5–10 business days after dispatch
USA & Canada	5–10 business days after dispatch
Rest of World	7–15 business days after dispatch

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary by location and product type and are shown at checkout before payment. Multiple items in the same order may arrive separately depending on the print facility.

✈️ International Shipping (including USA)

We ship worldwide! However:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges may be collected by the local postal service upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees.
We follow all international delivery rules but cannot control customs delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of dispatch:

Check the tracking link in your shipping email
Contact the courier first (they usually resolve most issues quickly)
